• Yes, we operate a strict no physical ID, no entry policy. We accept driver’s licenses, passports, military cards and other worldwide government-issued IDs.

  • Yes, we have a cloakroom available. It’s £3 per item.

  • No, we do not have on-site parking. Please plan your journey accordingly.

  • Yes, we handle lost property inquiries every Tuesday. Please email lostproperty@supportthecause.co.uk for assistance.

  • The majority of the venue is accessible. However, two of our rooms are located on the first floor, and we currently do not have a working lift.

    All of our outside space, as well as the Warehouse, Brut and Hothouse are accessible by wheelchair. 

    We also have a separate disabled toilet. 

    Unfortunately, the Gallery and the Loft are both 1st and 2nd floor rooms and are only accessible via stairs.

  • No, food and liquids cannot be brought into the venue. However, food is available for purchase on-site and tap water is available at every bar.

    If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring food, please email info@supportthecause.co.uk in advance.

  • Yes, but it must be in its original packaging. Any medication kept loose or in a pill box will not be accepted in the venue.

  • The club can be found on 60 Dock Road, London, E16 1YZ

  • The nearest station is West Silvertown on the DLR. Canning Town is the nearest 24-hour station on the Jubilee line.
