We are a vital part of London’s nightlife ecosystem and we pride ourselves in supporting charitable causes and championing underground dance music. Our open-door policy welcomes everyone equally, regardless of musical tastes, gender, race, class, age, sexual persuasion or kinks.
Whilst maintaining the ethos of The Cause, providing a platform for electronic artists, we also opened up to a wider portfolio of entertainment, varying from food, comedy, cabaret, live music and DJ events across multiple venues.
Having secured new spaces for us to operate across London, with five venues currently in operation, we are recruiting for a variety of positions to help promote the spaces, develop and grow the team and move the business forward.
Here are some exciting opportunities to join our ambitious & creative team, and to make your mark on club culture in London from behind the scenes.
